To enforce our Terms of Service and EULA, including monitoring UGC for compliance with content policies.
To comply with legal obligations: Fulfill requirements under GDPR (e.g., data subject access requests), respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, and protect our legal rights.
To improve the App: Analyze usage data to enhance functionality, fix bugs, and develop new features tailored to user needs.
Violation of our UGC policy will result in immediate account suspension/termination with no right to appeal for severe breaches.
4.1 UGC Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the UGC you post, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your UGC for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App. This license expires when you delete your UGC or close your account (subject to backup and archival requirements under law).

Report illegal UGC or user activity to law enforcement authorities, including providing your personal information if required by law.
5. In-App Purchases (IAP)
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Terms of Service and Payment Terms apply to all IAP transactions.
